VPN for ChatGPT and Claude
ChatGPT and Claude are unavailable in many countries not because an ISP blocks them, but because the services themselves restrict access by IP address. That is a fundamentally different problem from DPI blocking: local bypass tools such as Zapret change how your packets look to your ISP's hardware, but they do not change your IP address - so those services stay out of reach no matter how you configure them.
